Manchester Double Drive
Manchester Double Drive is a dual-capsule cigarette in the Manchester range. Each cigarette has two separate flavour capsules in the filter: berry and mint. The capsules can be activated individually or together, creating different flavour combinations from the same cigarette.
How the Two Capsules Work
Manchester Double Drive has two crushable capsules inside the filter. One releases a sweet berry flavour, while the other adds a cool mint finish.
You can leave both capsules untouched, activate just one, or crush both to combine the flavours.
Plain
Both capsules remain untouched. A light, straightforward tobacco flavour without added berry or mint.
Mint only
Activate the mint capsule for a fresh, cooling flavour over the tobacco base.
Berry only
Activate the berry capsule for a sweeter, fruity note without the mint cooling.
Both together
Crush both capsules to combine the sweet berry flavour with a cool mint finish.
Manchester Double Drive Flavour
Manchester Double Drive has a light tobacco base, with berry and mint flavours released through two separate capsules.
The berry capsule adds a sweet, fruity note, while the mint capsule brings a fresh, cooling finish. Activating both creates a combination of sweetness and menthol.

How does Manchester Double Drive compare with Manchester Green Crush and Manchester Blue Crush?
+
All three are part of the Manchester capsule range, but they have different flavour profiles. Manchester Blue Crush has a single mint capsule with lighter cooling, while Manchester Green Crush has a stronger, sharper menthol effect. Manchester Double Drive has two separate capsules, berry and mint, allowing different flavour combinations rather than simply stronger cooling.

Mitchell –
Had a look at the tobacco and it seems pretty evenly cut and packed. Hardly any fine bits falling out. The smoke itself has a decent tobacco base before you start playing around with the capsules.
Bradley –
Good smoke overall. I prefer the mint side more than the berry, but having the choice is handy.
Nathan C –
The berry flavour is noticeable but doesn’t taste like lollies, which I was worried about. Mint gives it a cleaner finish. A little strong with both capsules crushed at once though.
Troy –
Really clean finish from the mint capsule. The berry adds a bit of sweetness without taking over the tobacco completely.
Scott M –
The berry and mint combo is actually really nice. Fresh without being too sweet.
Aaron T –
Pack arrived properly sealed and the printing was sharp. Cigarettes were all straight, filters firm and there wasn’t much loose tobacco sitting in the bottom.
Jordan P –
Been smoking these for a couple of weeks now. They burn quite evenly and the ash stays together well. I usually leave the capsules alone for the first few draws then crush one halfway through.
Craig D –
Two capsules make these much more interesting than a normal menthol.
Ben H –
Nice smooth draw and both capsules popped easily. No issues with uneven burning so far.
Dylan K –
Not bad quality at all, just a bit too much going on for me when both capsules are crushed. I’d probably stick with Green Crush next time.
Cameron J –
Berry first and mint later is my favourite way to smoke these. Completely changes the second half.
Ryan F –
Burns at a decent pace and doesn’t need constant relighting. The ash is fairly firm too. Flavour gets a little heavy near the end if both capsules are popped.
Daniel W –
I’ve opened several packs from the carton and they’ve been consistent. Neat paper, filters aren’t squashed and very little tobacco comes loose when pulling a cigarette out.
Jason R –
Definitely different. I like one capsule at a time more than crushing both together.
Luke B –
Probably my favourite Manchester capsule option at the moment. Smooth as a normal cigarette at the start, then you can go berry, mint or both depending on what you feel like.
